Product Description
The Measurement While Drilling (MWD) check valve is supporting equipment for directional drilling technology. It functions to transmit signals, convey power media for downhole motors, prevent gas outbursts, stop backflow of power media, and transfer power from drilling rigs. It is mainly used with kilometer-scale directional drilling rigs.

- The joint and rod body are of an integrated structure, undergoing overall quenching and tempering treatment;
- High tensile strength and torsional resistance: Tensile strength ≥1035MPa, yield strength ≥965MPa;
- Good toughness: Fully meeting the level of grade 135 steel;
- Excellent sealing performance: Stable signal transmission under a pressure environment of 10MPa.
Application Scope
The MWD check valve is mainly used in conjunction with center cable drill pipes.
