Physical Property
Low temperature resistance: Maintain toughness at -50 ℃ without brittle cracking, suitable for applications in low temperature environments.
Hardness: After heat treatment, it can reach about 68HRC (after quenching), with significant wear resistance.
Strength: High tensile strength and mechanical properties, far exceeding conventional materials such as 65MN.
Main Purpose
Tools and molds:
Used for manufacturing high-strength, wear-resistant cutting tools and cold work molds.
Spring steel:
Suitable for spring components that require high bending strength and fatigue resistance.
Special environmental components:
Mechanical structural components in cold regions, low-temperature operating equipment, etc.
