Cold heading steels are mainly used in the manufacture of standard parts, fasteners, bolts and nuts. Bozhong can produce high strength standard parts steel grade between 8.8 and 12.9.
Production process: BOF/EAF, LF, VD/RH, CC, high precision continuous rolling, spheroidized annealing in continuous heat treatment furnace, with advantages of high precision dimension, good surface quality, low decarbonization, low gas content, high purity, and stable mechanical properties.
