H840
H840 is an austenitic stainless steel with excellent oxidation resistance and high temperature corrosion resistance against chlorides. It is suitable for use in high grade sheathed heater clad tubes. We supplies H840 in sheet and strip forms.

H840 has superior weldability. After plasma welding, no cracking occurred in the bending test or 30% tensile test.
Trattamento termico
Il trattamento termico di H840 può essere eseguito allo stesso modo degli altri acciai inossidabili austenitici. L'intervallo di temperature del trattamento termico normalmente utilizzato è il seguente:
- Trattamento della soluzione: 1030 ~ 1100 ℃; raffreddamento ad acqua
