is a super austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance in various environments. The high chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen contents provide high resistance to crevice and pitting corrosion in oxidizing chloride environments while the high nickel content enhances resistance to stress corrosion cracking. The corrosion resistance of N08354 exceeds the conventional 6 Mo super austenitic stainless steels because of containing 7.5% Mo. We supplies this product in plate, sheet and strip form.

작업 성
The hot and cold workability of N08354 is basically the same as that of standard austenitic stainless steels such as Type 304, Type 316, etc. However, the fact that this is a high strength material must be considered in both cold and hot working.
용접성
차폐 금속 아크 용접, TIG 용접 및 플라즈마 용접을 포함하여 표준 오스테 나이트 계 스테인리스 강과 동일한 방식으로 다양한 용접 방법을 적용 할 수 있습니다. 합금 276 용접 소모품을 사용해야합니다.
가공성
고 Ni 스테인리스 강의 특징으로, 표준 오스테 나이트 계 스테인리스 강과 비교하여 가공이 어렵지만 Ni 계 합금보다 더 쉽습니다. 가능하면 가공시 초경량 공구를 사용해야합니다. 더 느린 이송 속도와 더 깊은 절삭 깊이를 사용하는 것이 좋습니다.
열 치료
N08354는 오스테 나이트 계 스테인리스 스틸이므로 열처리는 표준 오스테 나이트 계 스테인리스 스틸과 동일합니다. 일반적으로 다음과 같은 열처리 조건이 사용됩니다.
- 용액 열처리 : 1125 ~ 1175 ℃; 수냉
산세
질산과 불산의 혼합물은 산세에 사용됩니다. 그러나 NAS 354N의 높은 내 부식성으로 인해 304 유형에 비해 스케일을 제거하기가 다소 어렵습니다. 따라서, 산세 전에 재료를 알칼리 용액에 담 그거나 가능하면 샷 블라스팅이 매우 효과적입니다.
