UNS S32750, 1.441 Super Duplex Stainless Steel
UNS S32750 is a super duplex stainless steel with a pitting resistance equivalent (PRE) number of more than 40, and provides excellent corrosion resistance and strength properties. In comparison with UNS S32205, SUS 329J3L, and SUS 329J4L (NAS 64), it offers superior localized corrosion resistance, and thus is suitable for use in chemical plants, seawater desalination plants, and similar severe environments. We supplies this product in plate, sheet and strip form.

작업 성
냉간 가공성과 관련하여 304 유형과 비교하여 내력이 높고 신율이 낮으므로주의가 필요합니다.
용접성
용접시, 금속 간 화합물의 형성을 방지하기 위해 인터 패스 온도는 100 ℃ 이하이어야한다. 예열이 필요하지 않습니다. UNS S32750의 용접 소모품을 사용해야합니다.
열 치료
After heating to a solution treatment temperature of 1080~1120℃, quenching is necessary. Cooling must be performed as rapidly as possible so as to minimize the duration of the material’s exposure to the embrittlement temperature range (475℃ embrittlement, σ phase embrittlement).
산세
질산과 불산의 혼합물은 산세에 사용됩니다. 그러나 304 유형과 비교할 때 석회질 제거가 다소 어려우므로 산 세척 전의 알칼리 침지 및 가능하면 샷 블라스팅이 매우 효과적입니다.
